About Carin
Hi, I’m Carin. For over 30 years I’ve worked with people who want to move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain — whether that means recovering from injury, staying active as they age, or simply understanding their body a little better.
My background is broad by design: I trained as a medical fitness instructor and sports therapist, and over the years have added fascia therapy, yoga, Pilates, terahertz frequency therapy and test-based nutrition to how I work. Rather than picking one lens and sticking to it, I draw on whichever of these will genuinely help — because real bodies rarely fit into one box.
Over 30 years I've developed a trained eye for postural and movement patterns — seeing quickly what's restricted, what's compensating, and where the real root of a problem lies.
My passion is helping active adults stay active and pain-free. Whatever’s brought you here — pain, injury, returning to exercise, or wanting to maintain your independence and vitality — I’ll work with you to figure out what your body actually needs, and build from there.
I practice what I preach — everything I recommend, I've tested on my own body. I'm a walking football player myself, part of Team Spain and the Costa del Sol Sisters.
People often tell me, 'well, you're just fit' — but it's not that I train hard or often. I train just enough, but because my body works well on a cellular level, my fitness easily stays good with what I do. That's because I work preventatively: I feed my body well, test myself regularly to stay on track, and take time to switch off. So, if you do what I do, you can be where I am.
My Philosophy
Pain and stiffness are rarely caused by one thing — the body works as an interconnected system
Lasting improvement takes more than symptom relief
Movement is medicine, and recovery matters just as much as effort
Small, consistent changes create lasting results
The Building Blocks
In practice, this means drawing on four interconnected areas, depending on what your body needs:
Hands-On Treatment
Deep tissue massage, trigger points treatment, fascia therapy, stretching and (Thai inspired) hands-on techniques to reduce tension, improve mobility, restore tissue function and support recovery.
Movement Coaching
Using movement observation and postural assessment to identify how your body is actually moving, then rebuilding efficient, pain-free patterns from there. Targeted exercises and strategies to improve strength, stability, balance, posture and confidence.
Cellular Health
Personalised, test-based nutritional guidance to optimise recovery, energy and overall health.
Lifestyle & Recovery
Practical guidance on daily habits, stress management and routines that sustain your results.
